3 We will ensure that your property complies with all the latest legislation and regulations.
4 All potential tenants will have right to rent checks carried out. All references taken will be thoroughly checked. Once confirmed and satisfied we will arrange all the necessary documentation If you do not have an inventory, we can arrange to have one carried out.
5 We will consult with the Landlord about any additional terms to be added to the tenancy agreement.
6 All utility companies will be notified with meter readings upon occupation of the property.
